By purchasing products from ACP Motogear, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

PRODUCT USE

Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for their intended application.

All products should be inspected before use and regularly thereafter.

SIDE STAND PADS

• Place on stable ground only.
• Inspect for wear or damage before use.
• Ensure suitability for the intended motorcycle and conditions.
• User assumes responsibility for motorcycle stability.

MODULAR WALL SYSTEMS

• Follow mounting instructions.
• Ensure adequate fastening to supporting surfaces.
• Do not exceed recommended load limits.
• Inspect products periodically for wear or damage.

GENERAL ACCESSORIES

ACP Motogear accessories are intended for general use only and should be inspected regularly for wear, damage or deterioration.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ACP Motogear shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use, misuse or inability to use its products.

AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.
